All Sales Final — No Refund Policy
All payments made to SmartCal Pro are final and non-refundable. This includes:
- Monthly subscription fees
- Annual subscription fees
- Any add-on services or features
We do not provide refunds or credits for:
- Partial subscription periods
- Unused features or services
- Account downgrades
- Cancelled subscriptions with remaining time
- Early cancellation of commitment terms
Immediate Delivery Consent
By subscribing to SmartCal Pro, you consent to immediate delivery of the Service and acknowledge that you waive any applicable statutory cooling-off period or right of withdrawal.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, please read the following carefully:
All Subscriptions
- Access to paid features stops immediately upon cancellation
- All sales are final — no refunds for any reason
- If cancelled before the end of a 12-month commitment, you remain responsible for the remaining balance
- Subscriptions auto-renew; you must cancel to stop renewal
- Annual subscriptions: payment is taken one month in advance of the renewal date
Apple App Store Purchases
Refunds for subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are handled exclusively by Apple per their policies. To request a refund for an App Store purchase, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription through:
- Your account Settings page (Billing section)
- Contacting support at [email protected]
- Calling 888.533.0387
- For iOS subscriptions: your Apple ID Account Settings
What Happens After Cancellation
- Your access to paid SmartCal Pro features stops immediately
- Your account reverts to the free tier
- No refunds will be issued for any payments
- Your data is retained for 30 days in case you decide to resubscribe
- After 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted
Reactivation
If you cancel and later wish to reactivate:
- Within 30 days: Your data is preserved, simply resubscribe
- After 30 days: You may need to set up your account again
Exceptions
We may consider exceptions to this policy only in cases of:
- Documented technical issues preventing Service use that we cannot resolve
- Billing errors on our part
Any exception requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 7 days of the charge.
