Refund & Cancellation Policy

No Refund Policy
All payments made to SmartCal Pro are non-refundable. This includes:
- Monthly subscription fees
- Annual subscription fees
- Any add-on services or features
We do not provide refunds or credits for:
- Partial subscription periods
- Unused features or services
- Account downgrades
- Cancelled subscriptions with remaining time
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, please read the following carefully:
Monthly Subscriptions
30 days payment notice required
- Access stops immediately upon cancellation
- Payments continue for 30 days after cancellation
- No refunds for remaining payment period
Annual Subscriptions
60 days payment notice required
- Access stops immediately upon cancellation
- Payments continue for 60 days after cancellation
- No refunds for remaining payment period
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription through:
- Your account's Billing page
- Contacting support at support@smartcalpro.com
- Calling 888.533.0387
What Happens After Cancellation
- Your access to SmartCal Pro stops immediately
- You will continue to be charged for the notice period (30 or 60 days)
- No refunds will be issued for any payments
- Your data is retained for 30 days in case you decide to resubscribe
- After 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted
Reactivation
If you cancel and later wish to reactivate:
- Within 30 days: Your data is preserved, simply resubscribe
- After 30 days: You may need to set up your account again
Exceptions
We may consider exceptions to this policy only in cases of:
- Documented technical issues preventing Service use that we cannot resolve
- Billing errors on our part
Any exception requests must be submitted in writing to support@smartcalpro.com within 7 days of the charge.
